Introduction

Samantha Bond is a marketing and events professional, real estate investor, interior designer, and member of the Board of Directors of The Southside Preservation and Enhancement Alliance.

Professional & Community Background

Samantha moved to Huntington from New York City in 2020, though her connection to the Tri-State goes back generations through her father and grandparents, who grew up on Huntington’s West End.

With more than 20 years of experience in entertainment sponsorship marketing and events, Samantha brings a strong background in communications, partnerships, and community engagement. She is also involved in real estate investing and interior design and has developed a growing passion for historic home restoration and architectural salvage in the Huntington area.

Samantha also serves on the Board of the Keith-Albee Performing Arts Center and the Steering Committee for Tri-State LeadHERship.

Connection to Southside / The Alliance

After moving to Huntington, Samantha quickly fell in love with the Southside’s historic homes, Ritter Park, and the growing energy and vibrancy of the community.

Through her service with The Alliance, she hopes to support efforts to preserve the Southside’s historic character while helping Huntington remain an equitable, welcoming, and vibrant community for residents and visitors alike.
